Professional development and growth opportunities Department/Unit Summary Our Post Cardiac Cath department is a 24-patient bed unit with a6:1 patient ratio. We operate with a daily Float Charge RN and 1-2PCA’s per shift. We also have a Discharge Nurse Monday-Thursday forthe entire hospital (day shift only). Qualifications:

Qualifications and requirements Applicants should have a current state RN.

Additional requirementsinclude:

Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days ofhire. ACLS – Required within 6 months of hire. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and theability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in astressful environment and take appropriate action.
