THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated RN Unit Supervisor to lead our dynamic in the Cardiac Care department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care, amitment to clinical excellence, and a desire to mentor and guide our nursing staff. You will play a crucial role in managing patient flow, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Must have licenses to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina, BLS/CPR through the American Heart Association, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. $10,000 sign on bonus
