Unlock your potential at Mission Hospital! Job Summary andQualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers highquality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in theunit. In partnership with the management team, the CNC monitors andevaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies. TheCNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an unparalleledpatient experience. What you will do in this role:

• Partner with amultidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, anddeliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist withadmission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matterexperts and leadership team to support improved outcomes andservice.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improveperformance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Whatqualifications you will need:

Required Education:

Bachelor ofScience in Nursing or enroll in a BSN or advanced degree programand obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire date into RN position.

Grandfathering will be accepted between departments and MissionHealth entities. Exemptions, or extensions, may be approved by thefacility CNO and reported out to the CNO Council members. Eachfacility will ensure tracking of exemptions should this informationbe needed. RNs with 10 years or more of experience are exempt.

• Preferred Education:

  Masters in Nursing.

• RequiredLicense/Certifications:

  Must have and maintain current licensure asa registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC(Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee shouldconfirm with NCBON.
