Utilize Athenahealth software for documentation and management of patient records. Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and support professional development for nursing staff. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid state license required. Proven experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or related fields preferred. Strong knowledge of triage protocols and patient assessment techniques. Familiarity with sterile processing standards is highly desirable.
