Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain standards for sterile processing. Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions to facilitate timely interventions. Provide guidance in occupational health practices to promote employee wellness. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans tailored to individual patient needs, including dementia care strategies. Utilize Athenahealth software for documentation and management of patient records. Conduct performance evaluations, provide mentorship, and support professional development for nursing staff. Requirements Registered Nurse (RN) license with a valid state license required. Proven experience in emergency medicine, critical care, or related fields preferred. Strong knowledge of triage protocols and patient assessment techniques. Familiarity with sterile processing standards is highly desirable.
