NICU Nurse Manager | North Carolina | Up to $114K + Bonus Potential We’re actively recruiting for a NICU Nurse Manager to join a well-respected hospital in North Carolina . This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong nurse leader who is passionate about neonatal care and ready to take the next step in their leadership career.

Position Overview:

The NICU Nurse Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, providing leadership, guidance, and direction to a dedicated team of approximately 31 FTEs . This is a full-time, onsite role (8am-5pm, with weekend coverage as needed) , responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care and continuous improvement across the unit.

Salary & Bonus:

Base salary range: $92,000 – $114,000 Up to 10% annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate all clinical and administrative activities within the NICU Ensure safe, evidence-based, and high-quality care for neonatal patients Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff Lead performance improvement initiatives and support staff development Manage department budgets, staffing, and resources Qualifications –

Required:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Active RN license in the state of North Carolina BLS and NRP certifications Minimum of 2 years of recent nurse management experience Demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership, quality initiatives, and program development Excellent communication, team-building, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) 3-5 years of clinical NICU nursing experience NRP Instructor certification

S.T.A.B.L.E

certification Specialty certification in High Risk or Low Risk NICU nursing
