Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager Onondaga Center forRehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an experienced RegisteredNurse (RN) Unit Manager for our skilled nursing facility in Minoa,NY. Now offering a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!!!
DUTIES:
Maintain nursing guidelines by writing and updating policiesand procedures. Complete Resident care requirements by scheduling and assigningnursing staff Establish a compassionate environment by providing support toResidents and their families. Provide information to Residents and Staff by answeringquestions and requests. Maintain safe and clean working environment by followingprocedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain Resident confidence by monitoring confidentialinformation processing. Maintain documentation of Resident care services by auditingResident and department records. Maintain nursing supplies inventory and other responsibilitiesas required.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 1-3 years of supervisory experience. Must hold valid RN License Long-Term Care Experience Basic computer skills Excellent communication skills and strong team player
