This elite training program is designed to develop the next generation of Directors of Nursing (DON) — professionals who lead with heart, skill, and purpose. About the Clinical Leadership Academy The program is structured in two powerful phases, combining classroom instruction with real-world experience: Phase 1: Classroom Training (4 weeks) Held at our office in Roanoke, VA, this immersive experience covers advanced leadership concepts and the core competencies required for clinical management excellence. Phase 2: Hands-On Residency Apply your knowledge and build your leadership confidence through on-site residency at one of our centers. You’ll work alongside experienced clinical leaders in a supportive environment where learning and leadership go hand in hand.
