RN Supervisor Starlight HomeCare Inc Raleigh-Durham, NC 27502 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to oversee InHome Aides/CSR and ensure high-quality patient care in our Homes. The Nurse will play a crucial role in managing daily operations, coordinating patient care, and providing leadership to caring teams. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to infection control and safety protocols. Duties Supervise and manage Care staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and protocols. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement appropriate care plans for patients. Oversee infection control measures to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff. Provide care for patients in various settings, including long-term care and behavioral health. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through effective utilization review. Train and mentor new care?nursing staff on protocols, procedures, and best practices. Qualifications Current nursing license in good standing. Proven experience in a nursing leadership role Strong knowledge of infection control practices and safety regulations. Experience in behavioral health or long-term care settings is a plus. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations Excellent management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on patient advocacy. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the nursing field.
