This is a dynamic leadership role with 25-30 direct reports, requiring a strong clinical and operational background in endoscopy and a genuine passion for people management. What You’ll Do Manage daily operations of our Endoscopy Centers Recruit, hire, and mentor clinical and support staff Oversee accreditation and licensing processes (AAAHC, CMS, etc.) Lead infection control and quality improvement programs Ensure compliance with CDC, SGNA, APIC, and state/federal guidelines Work directly with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to elevate patient care Provide hands-on support—jump in and assist staff as needed Foster a positive, collaborative team culture What We’re Looking For BSN or MSN required Current RN license (North Carolina or compact license eligible) 3+ years of experience in an ambulatory endoscopy center Strong knowledge of AAAHC standards and sterilization/decontamination protocols Proven experience in accreditation/licensure and staff development Familiarity with EMR systems and quality reporting (MIPS, PQRS, Meaningful Use) Current BLS certification (ACLS required within 1 year of hire) Strong interpersonal skills and a “lead-by-example” mindset Why Join Us?
