The Manager Nursing manages a team of experienced professionalsto deliver high-quality nursing services. This role oversees policyand strategy implementation for short-term results and leads theexecution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functionalinitiatives.

Nursing Manages a team of experiencedprofessionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Leadsthe execution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functionalinitiatives, establishing clear targets, goals, and expectations toensure effective communication and execution.

Directs the team inthe development and implementation of processes to ensure alignmentwith organizational policies and best practices.

Approvesopportunities and recommendations for enhanced practices,leveraging knowledge and insights to optimize outcomes andeffectiveness.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
Required:

Bachelor’s Degree inNursing

EXPERIENCE
Required:

5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursingorganizations.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING
Required:
