Who We Are Adams Farm Living & Rehab is currently hiring. Our facility provides residents with a full range of long-term care and rehabilitation services, along with a variety of engaging social and recreational activities. We currently have an opportunity for an energetic and dynamic Clinical Care Coordinator in our Greensboro – area facility. RN Weekend Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become the RN Weekend Supervisor for our 120 bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to the nursing staff and oversight of the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement process as well as monitor staff compliance with infection control guidelines. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, be knowledgeable of regulatory requirements related to QAPI and infection control, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.
Qualifications:
Preferred – RN with a non-encumbered NC License as a Professional Registered Nurse Preferred – Two years
LTC Experience Preferred:
Experience as a Supervisor in a Long Term Care environment Ability to communicate effectively with staff and all levels of the organization Ability to organize and prioritize Ability to be accurate, concise and detail oriented Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Valid NC drivers license and reliable transportation To learn more about Whispering Pines, go to www.
