OverviewWe are seeking an RN Executive Director Specialist tojoin our New Starts team. Reporting directly to the AVP of NewStarts, this role will serve as the administrator on call,overseeing the overall operation at the local office, employingqualified hospice personnel, and ensuring the provision of hospiceservices. Establish and uphold high standards of quality and customerservice in compliance with federal and state regulations andguidelines. Develop and evaluate goals and objectives for hospice servicesthat align with organizational standards and philosophy. Ensure compliance with all legal rules and regulations. Achieve growth and development targets while establishing andmaintaining market acceptance and loyalty within the local servicearea.

About YouThis role requires a candidate willing to travelextensively across the country. You will be responsible for settingand implementing goals for hospice services and managing theoperation of the facility. The position involves managing budgetsand ensuring organizational goals are met while providingcompassionate, compliant patient care. In-depth knowledge of hospice operations, state and federalregulations, and compliance standards. Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory affairs andgovernance requirements. Familiarity with state and local healthcare regulatoryguidelines. Willingness and ability to travel 100% of the timenationwide. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursementprocesses. Background in healthcare sales and/or management with P&Lresponsibilities. 3-5 years of sales or management experience, preferably inhospice or healthcare environments. Ability to work independently with confidence. Excellent communication skills. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to share information openly to enhance teamperformance. Strong problem-solving and professional judgment skills. Proficiency with online and computer applications. Quick learner with the ability to apply new knowledgeeffectively. Capable of processing and integrating time-sensitiveinformation from multiple sources.
