ADN required, BSN preferred BLS and ACLS required 2-3 years RN experience required, at least 1-year supervisoryexperience preferred Department/Unit Summary A new opportunity is available for our Critical Care as an RNManager for Telemetry/ICU. Our Telemetry unit is 22 beds with anurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with RegisteredNurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and MonitorTechs providing care for patients for a mix of patients includingMed/Surg. In addition, our 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU).Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2/3 nurse to patientratio. Patients treated on this included vents, continuous BiPAP,vasopressor drips, DKA on insulin drips, ETOH on CIWA and a mix opintermediate care. This position reports to the Director of Critical Care and performsthe following essential functions: Defines the mission for the department and shares the corporatevision with assigned staff. Directs operations and administration of the department underthe general guidance of his/her Administrative Representative. Develops and directs assigned personnel in the performance oftheir duties and responsibilities.
