Summary We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to join our compassionate team at Brookstone Living Center. In this role, you will oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in our skilled nursing facility. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining our family-like atmosphere while supporting the health and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with facility policies and standards. Conduct patient assessments and physical examinations as needed. Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes. Provide training and support to nursing staff in best practices and procedures. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly. Ensure proper documentation of patient care activities and compliance with regulations.
