Local Contract We are seeking a compassionateand experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Neonatal Intensive CareUnit (NICU) team in Charlotte, NC. This leadership role isresponsible for managing the daily operations of a high-acuityLevel III/IV NICU, ensuring high-quality patient care, staffengagement, and compliance with hospital standards andregulations. The Nurse Manager will play a vital role in supporting bothclinical excellence and family-centered care for our mostvulnerable patients. Current RN license in North Carolina (or compact state license) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree inNursing or Healthcare Leadership preferred Minimum 3-5 years of NICU nursing experience, with previousleadership or management experience strongly preferred Current BLS and NRP certification Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
