As an RN Supervisor , you will play a critical role in overseeing clinical care delivery, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state/federal guidelines Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to team members Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in North Carolina Current CPR certification Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (long-term care preferred) Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience a plus Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well under pressure and make sound decisions in emergency situations
