Schedule:

Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts (7AM-7PM or 7PM-7AM)

Compensation:

$40

• 45 per hour (based on experience)

Director of Nursing/Nursing Supervisor What You’ll Do:

Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans Administer and evaluate nursing care with excellence Supervise nursing assistants and team members in delivering top-tier care Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations Support infection control, health, and safety policies Be a leader and role model of our caring, inclusive culture

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license in [Insert State] Current CPR or BLS certification Strong communication skills and attention to detail Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and reliability Must be able to work scheduled shifts (12-hour days or nights)
