Overview:

We’re looking fora Director of Clinical Services RN to join our team in Hyannis MA.You will report directly to the Executive Director. You will beresponsible for ensuring the appropriate delivery of patientservices and compliance with the Conditions of Participation of theMedicare Hospice Benefit, State Hospice regulations and theoperating model. In addition, this position achieves and maintainscompetency in several areas: quality care and service, staffing,leadership, census, and cost control. Establish, implement, and evaluate goals and objectives forhospice services that meet and promote the standards of quality andcontribute to the total organization and philosophy. Manage hospice physicians’ visit schedules,certification/recertification process, and clinical oversightissues. Support the day-to-day operation at the local office, includingemployment of qualified Hospice personnel and provision of

Hospiceservices About You:

At least three years’ experience of direct patient care in aclinical setting and two years’ experience in hospice or home-basedcare setting Minimum of one year management experience required Current RN license to practice nursing in the state ofresidence and requested employment Demonstrates knowledge and compliance with accepted hospiceprinciples and practice, including industry standards, regulations,and best practices (i.e., Medicare, Medicaid, JCAHO, ACHC), companypolicies/procedures, and understanding of terminally ill patientsand their families Strong collaboration skills including partnering withoperations, business development, clinical, and other teams toimprove processes and achieve quality outcomes Compensation mayvary within the salary range provided based on several factorsincluding but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience,education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
