Salary:

JobDetails What You Will Be Doing Lead and mentor nursing staff whilepromoting a culture of learning and excellence. Coordinate anddeliver patient care using the nursing process andinterdisciplinary collaboration. Evaluate patient progress andrevise care plans to ensure quality outcomes. Promote diversity,teamwork, and exceptional service across the unit. Assess patientneeds and anticipate discharge planning with families. Supportstaffing, budgeting, and resource planning in collaboration withleadership. Participate in research and performance improvementinitiatives to enhance care quality. Skills You Need Active RNlicense in North Carolina and BLS certification. Bachelor’s degreein Nursing (BSN) required. At least one year of RN experience.

Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.
