Additional requirements include:

• ADN required, BSNpreferred
• BLS and ACLS required
• 2-3 years RN experiencerequired, at least 1-year supervisory experience preferredDepartment/Unit Summary A new opportunity is available for ourCritical Care as an RN Manager for Telemetry/ICU.

Our Telemetryunit is 22 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. We arestaffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified NursingAssistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients fora mix of patients including Med/Surg. In addition, our 18-bedIntensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) andCertified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2/3nurse to patient ratio. Patients treated on this included vents,continuous BiPAP, vasopressor drips, DKA on insulin drips, ETOH onCIWA and a mix op intermediate care. This position reports to theDirector of Critical Care and performs the following essentialfunctions:

• Defines the mission for the department and shares thecorporate vision with assigned staff.
• Directs operations andadministration of the department under the general guidance ofhis/her Administrative Representative.
• Develops and directsassigned personnel in the performance of their duties andresponsibilities.
