RN Unit Manager Day Shift WhatYou’ll Do:
As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinatethe nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role isinstrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering apositive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, andoverall well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:

What You’llBring:
Qualifications of a Unit Manager include: Valid state RNnursing license Advanced degree or certification preferredExperience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Caresetting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patientcare Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronicallyill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in adynamic and fast-paced environment•: We Hire for Heart!
