Job Summary The RN Lead Clinic Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of clinical services within the Rural Health Clinics. This role combines hands-on nursing expertise with strong leadership capabilities. You will support the Department Director in implementing strategic initiatives, supervise and guide clinical staff, assist in scheduling and payroll, and maintain high standards of patient care. Your leadership will help shape a compassionate and efficient care environment that reflects the mission, vision, and values of Cottage Hospital. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across RHC clinical sites, ensuring optimal workflow and efficiency. Develop and update nursing policies and procedures in coordination with senior staff and medical leadership. Uphold high standards of care by ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Support recruitment, orientation, and training of clinical support staff (RN, LPN, CMA). Contribute to performance evaluations and professional development for clinical team members. Manage scheduling, staffing assignments, and compliance tracking (e.g., licensure, BLS certification). Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for staff, patients, and families. Provide clinical informatics support and fulfill staff nurse duties when needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive problem-solving and service improvements. Qualifications
Experience
Required
BLS within 12 months
BSN; currently RN license in NH
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience preferred
