Key Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care during the 3 PM•11 PM shift Serve as the clinical resource for staff, residents, and families Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Respond to emergencies and provide timely clinical interventions Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care

Qualifications:
