Hospital Job Responsibilities:

Directly responsible for operational and performance management of RN/LPN, CMA, and other clinical staff. Manages Clinical Schedule, Time Away, and Payroll for Direct Reports, and collaborates with Practice Leadership to provide consistent appropriate clinical coverage to NLMG Providers. Develops and implements program for the onboarding of new clinical staff. Provides leadership in emergent situations and in those that require activation of the Emergency Activation Plan. Maintains up-to-date working knowledge of emergency preparedness in order to function as a resource to staff. Maintains clinical skills in order to provide direct care as needed. Maintains a presence in the clinical area and is actively engaged in the discussion of clinical care provided to patients.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of RN experience

• Required. Experience in Ambulatory setting
• Required. Licensed to practice nursing in New Hampshire
• Required. BSN
• Strongly Preferred.
