Divisional RN Hospice Nurse Manager 3.8 3.8 out of 5 stars Concord, NH 03301 BAYADA Hospice is seeking a Divisional Clinical Manager (RN) to support our 4 Vermont and 1 New Hampshire Hospice offices. As a Hospice Nurse Manager, you will share your vision by leading a hospice interdisciplinary team and ensuring excellent clinical and social care. You will develop relationships within the community and local facilities, collaborate with other hospice providers, and recruit core hospice team members. This unique position allows you to keep your clinical skills strong, while at the same time developing relationships and leadership skills. This will primarily be a remote role, with travel required to each of the 5 supported offices as required.
