This regional leader in community-based healthcare offers a wide range of internal medicine services in a friendly and convenient setting. Our clinic excels in specialties such as family medicine, behavioral health, podiatry, endocrinology, gastroenterology, surgery, and cardiovascular care.
In this crucial role, you will report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer and take charge of overseeing the clinical and administrative operations of our medical surgical, critical care, respiratory care, and other inpatient services. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with unit leadership, providing clinical and administrative guidance, developing and implementing policies and procedures, participating in financial planning, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, overseeing quality control initiatives, and fostering an environment of professionalism and quality patient care.
What’s Needed to
Succeed:
Bachelor’s level degree in Nursing (BSN)
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain one
Prior leadership experience is a plus!
