Stratham, NH 03885 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director to lead our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in medical management and healthcare management, ensuring that our clinical operations meet the highest standards of care. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage diverse teams and navigate complex regulatory environments, including AAAHC standards. As a Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality of care provided to our patients while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, including AAAHC standards. Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Manage and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated care delivery and effective communication across the organization. Monitor patient outcomes and quality metrics, utilizing data to drive improvements in clinical practices. Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety and satisfaction within the facility. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare management to inform decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, . Proven experience in medical management or healthcare management within a clinical setting. OR experience preferred. Strong understanding of AAAHC standards and experience with accreditation processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on collaboration. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions based on evidence-based practices. $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
