• As a professional nurse in our Emergency TraumaCenter, you will interact with nearly every healthcare specialty,caring for patients with minor illnesses to life-threateningdiseases or injury.

Qualifications:

Education:

BSN orhave a BSN within three (3) years of jobacceptance.

Licensure:

Possess a current RN licensure with the MissouriState Board of Nursing or current RN Missouri temporary workpermit.

Experience:

3-5 years of hospital nursing experience (ER orcritical care preferred).

Certifications:

ETC and Acute Care Center RN’s must have acurrent American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card orcomplete a course within their probation period. ETC RN’s must havea current ACLS card or complete a course within 6 months of theirhire date. ETC RN’s must have current PALS or ENPC, and TNCC cardsor complete courses within one year of hire date.

• Skills, knowledge and abilities: Demonstrates skills in humanrelations and communication, written verbal, and electronic.

Demonstrates clinical competence in patient care delivery.

Possesses the ability to assess data and assist personnel inproviding appropriate level of care. Performs responsibilitieswhile fulfilling the Philosophy of skills, knowledge andabilities.
