Qualifications:

Required:

• Current RN licensure in the state of New Hampshire
• Three to five years of clinical experience
• BSN and/or MSN
• Two to three years of Nursing Administration experience
• BLS
• Knowledge, skills and competence in leadership, management, and supervision
• Skills in communication and interpersonal relationships with professional and nonprofessional personnel.
• High integrity, able to follow procedure
• Ability to be a self-motivated learner, to take initiative in learning the many complex processes
• Exhibits professionalism at all times, understands appropriate workplace behavior/communications.
