• Sunrise TeamMember At Sunrise, our LPN Medication Care Manager is responsiblefor providing the highest degree of quality care and services byadministering medication and treatments in a safe organized manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

• Administration of medications
• Documentation of medicationadministration
• Providing resident care while demonstrating theMission for Sunrise Senior Living, ‘to champion the quality of lifefor all senior’ in accordance with federal, state and localstandards
• Promote the highest degree of quality care and servicesto our residents in accordance to the

Sunrise Senior Livingpolicies Qualifications:

• L.P.N, LVN or state specific licensednurse credential
• In states where appropriate, must maintaincertifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previousexperience working with seniors preferred and desire to serve andcare for seniors
• Ability to make choices, decisions and act inthe resident’s best interest
• Ability to react and remain calm indifficult situations
• Ability to handle multiple priorities
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication andlevel of understanding
• Demonstrates good judgment, problemsolving and decision making skills
• As applicable, all Sunriseteam members who drive a Sunrise vehicle must sign the Driver jobdescription, understand the key essential duties for safety andregulatory compliance
• Minimum of six (6) months experienceworking with seniors in assisted living, home health, independentliving, hospital or long term care environment and desire to serveand care for seniors
• Decision making abilities and acting in theresident’s best interest, ability to react and remain calm indifficult situations and possess written and verbal skills foreffective communication and level of understanding
