What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned unit Ensure proper care planning, documentation, and compliance with regulations Supervise, mentor, and support your team of nurses and CNAs Collaborate with physicians, residents, and families to promote quality outcomes Contribute to quality improvement, infection control, and resident satisfaction initiatives
What You’ll Need:
Active RN license in New Jersey Long-term care experience , with some leadership or charge nurse background Solid clinical, organizational, and communication skills A compassionate, resident-first approach and a team-oriented mindset
