Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit. Responsibilities The Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator reports to the Practice Manager and supervises the medical assistants and front desk staff within the Adult Health Center clinic on a daily basis, overseeing office workflow, scheduling, and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications Job Requirements:

Associate’s Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred Current valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Supervisory experience in a team leader role in a primary care setting preferred Three years of work experience as a professional nurse Familiarity with community resources in the medical environment Current basic life support certificate Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
