Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility that offers the latest medical programs, cutting-edge technology, and patient-focused care that includes 365 beds, 1,200+ employees and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit. Responsibilities The Nurse Manager—Women’s Services will be responsible for the daily operations of the department/s in collaboration with the Director of Women’s Services, as well as providing necessary education, training and coaching to nursing staff based on their learning needs.
Qualifications Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s from an accredited school of nursing required Minimum of 3-5 years’ clinical nursing experience in labor and delivery unit required Nursing Education Experience preferred Current and valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, Fetal Monitor in NCC specialty certifications
Preferred Job Requirements:
Knowledge of EPIC a plus!
Pay Range Minimum:
$49.64/Hr Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
