What You’ll Do:
As an RN UnitManager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within adedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the deliveryof quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuringthe health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
KeyResponsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of nurses and supportstaff within the unit Develop and implement care plans, ensuringindividualized resident care Supervise daily operations, includingstaffing, scheduling, and resource allocation Conduct regularassessments to maintain quality standards and compliance Provideguidance, mentorship, and training to nursing staff Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident well-being If youare an experienced nursing professional with a passion for leadingothers in an environment where your expertise and dedication arevalued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as a UnitManager! What You’ll Bring:
Qualifications of aUnit Manager include: Valid state RN nursing license Advanceddegree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory orleadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred Compassionateand empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursingneeds of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to workwith both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, anddecision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-pacedenvironment•: We Hire for Heart!
