The Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor will be responsible for supervision of the delivery of care to residents. Assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

RN Weekend Supervisor responsibilities include:

Assessments, evaluations, admission assistance Provide direction and support to nursing staff Meet with patients and family members as needed Assist with care as needed Covid infection control monitoring Assist DON as needed

Requirements/Qualifications RN Weekend Supervisor:

Valid NJ Registered Nurse (RN) 1-2 years of nursing experience. Leadership/Supervising experience BLS certification. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Customer service-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
