Weekend Nurse Supervisor (LPN/RN) 7AM-7

PM Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities Include:

Supervise and support nursing staff Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads

Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:

Active LPN or RN license in New Jersey Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care

Weekend Requirement:

This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
