As a Unit Manager , you will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality care for our residents while providing clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee unit operations to ensure high-quality care for residents. Coordinate and manage daily unit operations , including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments . Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing team. Assess and monitor residents’ physical and emotional needs , adjusting care plans as necessary. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to provide updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:

Current RN license (Required) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
