This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking to develop in their profession or those looking at bringing their experience to a team driven facility where your opinions and thoughts are heard! This is a 192 bed skilled nursing facility providing care in a non-traditional way through 16 twelve bed houses. Greenhouse is a pioneering effort in long term care bringing control back to the elders that live in the houses by honoring their lifelong routines and preferences. In addition to the culture change in care delivery there is also a relationship shift between nurses and the C.N.A’s that manage the individual houses. Accountability for the human resource and outcome management for designated resident populations

Minimum Requirements :

Valid NYS RN license Associate’s degree in nursing 5+ yrs of experience as a RN 1+ yrs in a leadership role as a

RN Preferred Requirements :

3+ yrs of experience in a long term care facility 1+ yr of experience with finical management MDS experience Bachelor’s degree in nursing Highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities Strong conflict mediation skills Excellent communication in a fast pace work environment across teams on different shifts and different departments Highest level of engagement within a team setting to promote a positive work environment Promote and embrace the culture of the facility Leadership and mentorship skills overseeing nursing and nursing support staff Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field
