Schenectady Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) UnitManager in Schenectady, NY.
Duties:
Handle all supervisory dutiesfor assigned unit Help establish and implement employee policiesand procedures Mentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical &career advice Maintain the standards of care for the unit ReviewResident records & quality of care Monitor overall care & reviewindividual Residents’ cases Address questions or complaints broughtforward by Residents or their families Represent the unit’sinterests with the upper-level management
Requirements:
