RN Nurse Manager-Nursing Home:

Assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions. Ensure the quality of nursing care, including setting performance standards and leading performance evaluations. Work with physicians to provide the best care possible for patients. Implement and interpret organizational policies and procedures, and nursing standards and regulations. Manage budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of their department. Act as a liaison between nurses and hospital leadership, and between nurses and other departments.
