As a NursingSupervisor, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provideexceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overallwell-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will includeoversight of the facility operations, safety, cleanliness andcompliance to nursing policies, procedures and regulations.
KeyResponsibilities:
Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensurehigh-quality care delivery Overseeing daily operations, includingstaffing assignments and resource allocation Collaborating with theinterdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plansConducting regular assessments and audits to maintain qualitystandards Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursingstaff Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards andprotocols If you are an experienced nursing professional with apassion for leading others in an environment where your expertiseand dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to joinour team as a Nursing Supervisor!

Qualifications of a Nursing Supervisor include: Valid state nursinglicense Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in asupervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care settingpreferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient careInterest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically illwith the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership,organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communicationand interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in adynamic and fast-paced environment -: We Hire for Heart!
