Position Summary:
The Clinical Lead provides leadership to Ambulatory Services through a collaborative/team approach and manages the over-all nursing functions of the Units under Ambulatory Services. Manages the nursing staff of the Ambulatory Units, and provides direction, leadership, and assistance. As a Registered Nurse, the Clinical Lead is an integral member of the multidisciplinary team.
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:
Current NYS License, graduate of an accredited school of nursing, minimum of one-year acute care nursing experience BSN Preferred or AND with 2+ years’ experience ACLS certification within one year of hire PALS certification within two years of hire AORN Certification preferred Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
Pay Range:
