Job Description
Nurse Manager 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 2425 South Clinton Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618 Woodside Manor Nursing Home , a five star rated facility, is seeking a Nurse Manager to join our team of professional caregivers. You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of assigned residents. Flexible Hours Monday-Friday with weekends and off shifts, as needed. We will work with your schedule! Responsibilities:
Administer nursing care to residents Establish resident treatment plans and care plans Monitor and report changes in resident symptoms or behavior Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding resident care Educate residents about health maintenance and disease prevention Maintain accurate resident medical records provide emotional support to residents and their family members
Qualifications:
LPN license in good standing RN preferred and a plus Previous experience in nursing is preferred Familiarity with NYS DOH regulations and guidelines Dependable and reliable Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
