Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors – Evenings Rochester Centerfor Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking energetic and experiencedRN Supervisors to work 3 PM – 11 PM Monday through Friday, as wellas Day Shift every other Weekend, at our Skilled Nursing Facilitylocated in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will have priorLong-term Care experience and excellent communication skills!

Duties:
Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unitHelp establish and implement employee policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceMaintain the standards of care for the unit Review of Residentrecords & quality of care Monitor overall care & review individualResident cases Address questions or complaints brought forward byResidents or their families Represent the unit’s interests withupper-level management
Requirements:
Must hold valid NYS RN License2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred 1-year Charge Nurseexperience preferred Excellent positive attitude to act as theleader of a group Strong computer skills Exceptional communicationskills CVC1990
