Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Nights Rochester Center forRehabilitation and Nursing is actively seeking a motivated andexperienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work 11 PM – 7 AM,as well as Day Shift every other Weekend, for our Skilled NursingFacility located in Rochester, NY. The ideal candidate will haveprior Long-term Care experience and excellent communication skills!

Duties:

Handle all supervisory duties for assigned unitHelp establish and implement employee policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceMaintain the standards of care for the unit Review of Residentrecords & quality of care Monitor overall care & review individualResidents cases Address questions or complaints brought forward byResidents or their families Represent the unit’s interests withupper-level management

Requirements:

Must hold valid NYS RN License2 years Long Term Care Experience preferred 1-year Charge Nurseexperience preferred Excellent positive attitude to act as theleader of a group Strong computer skills Exceptional communicationskills
