We invite you to make your career home with us as a Director of Nursing- Outpatient Services for our Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiology Departments at Garnet Health Medical Center. Responsibilities Responsible for managing and coordinating nursing service patient care in the Diagnostic Imaging (DI), Interventional, and Breast Center departments. Consults with staff, physicians, DI Leaders, and others to ensure patient care needs are met. Maintains Performance Improvement activities within the department and participates in CQI activities. Formulates and monitors plans for service improvement. Compensation Salary range:
$124,581-$149,497 annually. Compensation details are discussed during the application process and may vary based on several factors.
Qualifications Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s in Nursing required; Master’s preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Five years of critical care experience; one year in a leadership role preferred; outpatient imaging experience preferred.
Required Certification:
Licensed Registered Nurse in
NY, BLS, ACLS, PALS
; Board Certification in Radiology Nursing within 6 months. Physical and Working Conditions Travel to multiple facilities required. Standing, walking, lifting, and moving patients and equipment. Work in a well-maintained environment with no routine hazards. May require on-site reporting for remote positions. Demonstrate physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting up to 10 lbs. and maintaining visual and auditory acuity. Ability to work under pressure, organize, multitask, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
