This 750,000-square foot, multi-specialty treatment center has been designed to accommodate the latest technologies and features many innovations in the delivery of care to meet patients’ expectations in new ways. As a Patient Care Director, you’ll oversee the daily clinical operations of our Pre-op, Intra-op, Post-op, and Endoscopy teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care to an increasingly diverse patient population. Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements to enhance the patient experience. Excel as a change agent, advancing initiatives focused on enhancing quality and performance throughout the unit. This is a full time position working 4 days/week at NewYork-Presbyterian/David H. Koch Center. The hours are 7:00am-6:00pm for the three days/week and 7:00am-3:30pm for one day/week. Required Criteria Master’s Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree. If currently pursuing a Master’s Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire.
