Duties:
Maintain nursingguidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures CompleteResident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursingstaff Establish a compassionate environment by providing support toResidents and their families Provide information to Residents andStaff by answering questions and requests Ensure safe and cleanworking environment by following procedures, rules, and regulationsPromote Resident confidence by monitoring confidential informationprocessing Manage documentation of Resident care services byauditing Resident and department records Upkeep nursing suppliesinventory and other responsibilities as required
Requirements:
Musthold valid RN License Long-Term Care Experience Basic computerskills Excellent communication skills and strong team playerONT1996
