Full-Time Night Level 1 RN Nurse Supervisor /

Clinical Leader Schedule:

3x12s | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM |

Every Other Weekend Location:

Geneva, NY Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated RN to serve as the Night Clinical Leader. This role coordinates and supervises clinical care across acute care units during off-shift hours (nights, weekends, holidays). The ideal candidate will bring strong critical care and leadership experience, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to lead and mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Licensure:

Active NYS RN License Experience:

Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience At least 1 year in critical care (preferably ED) 1+ year in a leadership or charge nurse role

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, PALS

required; CPI can be obtained within 90 days of hire

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical and leadership support to nursing staff during night shifts Coordinate staffing levels based on patient acuity and resource availability Mentor, guide, and support nurses in managing emergency clinical/admin situations Ensure compliance with standards, protocols, and regulatory requirements Act as liaison between off-shift staff and nursing leadership Support professional development and maintain high standards of care delivery Evaluate and improve quality of nursing practice and patient outcomes

Strong communication and critical thinking Effective prioritization of multiple clinical events Collaborative leadership style with a commitment to staff development Knowledge of best practices, the Nurse Practice Act, and relevant regulations RN01

Job Types:

Full-time, Contract, Temporary Pay:

$72.00 – $76.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week
