Shift:

7:00 PM 7:00 AM (12-hour Night Shifts)

Guaranteed Hours:

36 hours per week

Weekly Pay Rate:

$2160 – $2376

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift. Ensure that resident care needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Monitor and support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care. Handle staffing issues, assign nursing duties, and ensure proper coverage. Respond to emergencies, resident concerns, and incident reports appropriately. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliance with facility policies, federal and state regulations. Document nursing actions accurately and timely. Participate in shift reports and ensure proper handoffs between shifts. Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff as needed.

Requirements:

Active RN License in the State of New York. Minimum 1 year of RN supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. One year of Medical/Surgical and Gerontology experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Current BLS/CPR certification. Required Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
